Responsibility
- Provide expert sales support for premium appliance warranties, ensuring customers understand their coverage options.
- Assist in securing warranty coverage for customers, guiding them through the process with professionalism and clarity.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and warranty details.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
