Responsibility
- Provide exceptional sales support to clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of quotes, proposals, and contracts for industrial automation products and services.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and post-sales support.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate information.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management review.
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure on-time product deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations in industrial automation to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the industrial or automation sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with industrial automation products, PLCs, or SCADA systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Canggu, Badung, Bali and adapt to a dynamic team environment.
