Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze sales revenue, shipments, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in pricing strategies, including cost analysis, discount structures, and competitive benchmarking.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales and administrative workflows.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including contract preparation, invoicing, and customer correspondence.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve inquiries, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships.
- Contribute to process automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, administrative, or operational roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
