Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational support for programme initiatives and centre activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage stakeholder communications, including reports, presentations, and meeting coordination.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense management, and resource allocation for programme-related activities.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Liaise with external partners, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment with programme objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in programme coordination, office management, or administrative support roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in budgeting, financial tracking, or resource management is a plus.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in programme management.
- Leadership qualities with a track record of mentoring or supervising teams.
