Virginia Food, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Services Manager to lead our administrative and operational support functions in Bali, Indonesia. As the General Services Manager, you will oversee a wide range of administrative, logistical, and facility management tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing workflows, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining a productive work environment for our team.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative and operational functions, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
- Manage facility maintenance, security, and cleanliness to create a safe and efficient workspace.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for general services, including procurement, inventory, and asset management.
- Lead and mentor a team of administrative and support staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to general services, ensuring financial efficiency and transparency.
- Liaise with internal departments to address operational needs and streamline cross-functional processes.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general services, facility management, or administrative leadership roles.
- Proven track record of managing teams, budgets, and vendor relationships in a corporate or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and operational best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
