Responsibility
- Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing clear and professional responses via phone, email, or chat.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and update clients on order statuses.
- Maintain and organize sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations to support client acquisition and retention.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with procurement to prevent stockouts and delays.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate billing, payment tracking, and reconciliation of sales records.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve customer service based on feedback and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM/ERP systems; familiarity with SAP or Salesforce is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, with a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or B2B sales processes is highly desirable.
