Responsibility
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients in the ICT sector.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of sales support materials and documentation.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate and current information.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing sales events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, analytics, and performance metrics to management.
- Participate in training programs to develop technical and sales-related skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Business, Marketing, ICT, or related degree program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, customer service, and market analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Passion for the aerospace or technology industry and a desire to build a career in sales.
