Responsibility
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
- Manage and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with sales and logistics teams.
- Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices with precision and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and escalate concerns as needed.
- Maintain and organize sales documentation, reports, and customer databases for easy retrieval and analysis.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to support the sales team.
- Monitor and follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to resolving inquiries.
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic sales processes is a plus.
