Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand J&T Cargo's client base in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any logistics-related issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali's logistics landscape and market dynamics is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
