Responsibility
- Drive boutique sales performance to exceed individual and team KPIs.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage daily floor operations, ensuring store visual merchandising standards are maintained at the highest level.
- Build and cultivate long-term relationships with VIC clients to foster brand loyalty.
- Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, and reporting with precision.
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and a client-first mindset.
- Support the Store Manager in operational tasks and administrative reporting.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably with supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of the high-end footwear and accessories market in Singapore.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative and proactive work style.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, consistent with retail operations.
- A polished professional image reflecting the Jimmy Choo brand.
