Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the IT commercial sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team productivity and skills.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. IT or engineering background is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the IT commercial industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle complex sales cycles.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of IT products, services, and market dynamics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a results-oriented mindset.
