Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in Bali.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budget plans to upper management.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
