Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, staff coordination, and customer service optimization.
- Support the implementation of retail strategies to improve efficiency, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, marketing, logistics) to streamline workflows.
- Participate in leadership training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews to accelerate professional growth.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, safety standards, and retail best practices.
- Contribute to special projects, such as new store openings, promotions, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop and present reports on operational metrics and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in retail, operations, or a similar environment (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with teams and customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and willingness to relocate or travel as needed.
- Passion for the retail industry and a drive to pursue a long-term career in operations management.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
