Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business growth and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Sales Supervisor to manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories to expand the company’s market share.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer deliverables.
- Monitor and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly to maintain high levels of service and trust.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key client accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
