Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in Bali’s general trade market.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of area sales representatives to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging trends in the FMCG sector.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, including revenue, volume, and distribution coverage, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and stakeholders to drive product placement and visibility.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels to meet demand while minimizing excess.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives and regional demand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in general trade or retail distribution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage teams and client relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools (e.g., Excel, CRM software) and data-driven decision-making.
- Deep understanding of Indonesia’s retail market, particularly in Bali, with existing distributor networks preferred.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
