Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Semen Merah Putih.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in Bali's construction and retail sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, retailers, and distributors.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the construction or retail industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel across Bali's key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Knowledge of the cement and construction materials market is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
