Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Bali.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights and reports to senior management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and relationship management.
- Oversee branch operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and boost brand visibility.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and client acquisitions.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance team skills and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the retail or consumer goods sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
