Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Bali.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights and reports to senior management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and relationship management.
  • Oversee branch operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and boost brand visibility.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and client acquisitions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the retail or consumer goods sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
