Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for sales staff, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules tailored to Yamaha Motor’s products and sales strategies.
- Conduct regular workshops, role-playing sessions, and on-the-job coaching to reinforce learning and improve performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs, feedback, and sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the HR and sales management teams to align training initiatives with business goals and market demands.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and Yamaha Motor’s product innovations to ensure training content remains relevant.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales training, corporate training, or sales management, preferably in the automotive or motor industry.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM), and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and training software.
