Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide professional recommendations to meet their needs.
- Execute daily sales operations and ensure accurate processing of transactions.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor or workspace.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and engage potential clients to drive brand growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle customer concerns and feedback with empathy and professional resolution strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and inventory checks for management review.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college level or degree holders are preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and professional work ethics.
- Basic computer literacy for sales tracking and reporting purposes.
- Must be willing to be assigned in San Fernando City, La Union.
