Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice and product knowledge to clients, focusing on building materials and floor coverings.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential and existing clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or floor coverings industry.
- Strong understanding of building materials, with a focus on floor coverings being an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
