Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for vehicle units in assigned territories.
- Proactively identify, engage, and convert prospects into loyal customers through effective lead generation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to highlight vehicle features and benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to deliver informed recommendations.
- Travel to designated locations across Bali to meet clients and attend sales meetings as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
