Responsibility
- Develop and implement cost control strategies to optimize pricing and improve profit margins for automotive parts.
- Prepare and manage customer quotations with accuracy, ensuring competitive yet profitable pricing.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure cost-effective contracts and favorable terms.
- Identify and evaluate new sourcing opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and supply chain dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance teams to align cost strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on cost variances, savings, and KPIs to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and clients to drive long-term business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, cost analysis, or procurement, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record in cost reduction, supplier negotiations, and strategic sourcing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or cost modeling tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive parts, supply chain logistics, or manufacturing processes is a plus.
