Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and surpass monthly/quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in retail, flooring, or a related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a hunger to exceed targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
