Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote CDS and LIMS solutions to laboratories, pharmaceuticals, and research institutions in the APAC region.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of informatics software to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including lab managers, IT directors, and C-level executives.
- Collaborate with the technical team to customize solutions based on client needs and ensure seamless implementation.
- Stay updated on industry trends in laboratory informatics, regulatory compliance (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GxP), and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and pricing models tailored to client requirements.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows, webinars, and industry events to expand the client network and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in software, IT, or scientific industries).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for technology and sales.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the APAC region for client meetings and training.
- Familiarity with LIMS, CDS, or laboratory software is a plus (training provided for the right candidate).
- Proficiency in English (additional Asian languages are advantageous).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, remote team.
