As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in acquiring new properties, forging partnerships with homeowners, and optimizing revenue streams for our premium short-stay portfolio. Responsibility

  • Identify and acquire new properties for short-term rental management through outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and present customized proposals to property owners, highlighting revenue potential, service benefits, and market advantages.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with homeowners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term collaborations.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the renovation and operations teams to assess property conditions and recommend upgrades to enhance guest appeal.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and local stakeholders to expand our portfolio.
  • Monitor performance metrics (e.g., occupancy rates, revenue growth) and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking sessions to promote our brand and services.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate (preferably in hospitality or property management).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the short-term rental market, including Airbnb, Booking.com, and local platforms.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and create compelling ROI projections for property owners.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality—comfortable with cold outreach, pitching, and closing deals.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s property landscape (locations, regulations, and owner expectations) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
