As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in acquiring new properties, forging partnerships with homeowners, and optimizing revenue streams for our premium short-stay portfolio. Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new properties for short-term rental management through outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and present customized proposals to property owners, highlighting revenue potential, service benefits, and market advantages.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with homeowners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term collaborations.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and profitability.
- Collaborate with the renovation and operations teams to assess property conditions and recommend upgrades to enhance guest appeal.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and local stakeholders to expand our portfolio.
- Monitor performance metrics (e.g., occupancy rates, revenue growth) and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
- Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking sessions to promote our brand and services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate (preferably in hospitality or property management).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the short-term rental market, including Airbnb, Booking.com, and local platforms.
- Ability to analyze financial data and create compelling ROI projections for property owners.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality—comfortable with cold outreach, pitching, and closing deals.
- Familiarity with Bali’s property landscape (locations, regulations, and owner expectations) is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
