Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Strategically implement the 4Ps of marketing (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) to optimize sales performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share in Bali.
- Set, monitor, and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable and sustainable partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a senior or key account management role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles, including the 4Ps, and their application in sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive decision-making.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
