In this role, you will play a key part in expanding the company’s market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the CCTV, networking, and home automation sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including contractors, property developers, and end-users.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company’s solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in IT, security systems, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of CCTV, networking, or smart home technologies (training provided for the right candidate).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
