Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive automotive sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and sales campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new automotive technologies.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
