Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for Deli Tools products in the East Java region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tools, hardware, or industrial equipment sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer service, and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the East Java region as required.
