Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market scanning, cold calling, and networking in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
- Re-engage inactive accounts and develop strategies to recover lost business while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs, present product solutions, and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and drive brand awareness in the local market.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through consistent performance and strategic planning.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring post-sale satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management for data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or retail sales, preferably in the electrical, lighting, or construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
