Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Identify, engage, and manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand messaging and promotions.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining strong relationships.
- Represent Indofresh at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure long-term customer loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, FMCG, or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
