Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the beauty and cosmetics sector.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers through meetings, presentations, and product samples.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability and market share.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
