Based in the vibrant communities of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas, you will collaborate closely with sales agents, clients, and internal teams to facilitate property transactions, manage paperwork, and enhance the customer experience. Responsibility
- Assist sales agents with client inquiries, site visits, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and client records.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, and internal teams to facilitate property viewings and transactions.
- Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting to support sales operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring timely communication.
- Assist in marketing activities, including distributing promotional materials and updating property listings.
- Monitor inventory and ensure all sales materials (brochures, presentations) are up-to-date and readily available.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets by tracking leads, preparing sales reports, and analyzing performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales support, real estate, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology, processes, and documentation is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is beneficial.
