Responsibility
- Promote and sell Personal Loan and Credit Card products to new and existing customers.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend suitable financial products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through follow-ups and personalized service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotional campaigns and events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
