Responsibility
- Drive sales of IoT, HVAC, and smart water solutions by identifying and engaging potential clients.
- Provide technical expertise and consultations to customers, helping them select the best solutions for their needs.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess client requirements, perform installations, and provide post-sales support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IoT, HVAC, and smart water systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to develop customized solutions and proposals.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in IoT, HVAC, and smart water technologies.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and technical support, preferably in IoT, HVAC, or smart water solutions.
- Strong understanding of IoT technologies, HVAC systems, and smart water management solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client visits.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
