As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with local shops and large provision stores. Your responsibilities will include conducting sales, merchandising, and collections, as well as executing promotional activities and sales activations. Responsibility
- Conduct sales visits to local shops and large provision stores to promote company products.
- Execute merchandising activities to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
- Manage collections and ensure timely payments from clients.
- Plan and execute promotional activities and sales activations to drive product awareness and sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the Bali region.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry.
- Own transportation is an advantage.
