Responsibility
- Drive sales of snack products to retail outlets across assigned territories in Bali
- Maintain and expand customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups
- Ensure product availability and visibility in stores, including merchandising and stock management
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Provide market feedback and insights to the sales team for strategy improvement
- Manage inventory and coordinate with the logistics team for timely deliveries
- Participate in promotional activities and product launches as required
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; sales or marketing background is a plus
- Valid motorized vehicle license (SIM C) and familiarity with Bali’s roads
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry
