Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales growth through strategic planning, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and optimize stock management to meet demand.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with Lola Nena’s core values.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health/safety regulations, and local laws.
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for customer service and team development.
- Familiarity with inventory management, POS systems, and retail KPIs.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
