Responsibility
- Promote Indodana’s pay-later products to customers in retail stores, malls, and other high-traffic locations.
- Engage with potential customers, explain product benefits, and guide them through the application process.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with retail partners to ensure smooth product demonstrations and promotions.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing and product teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indodana’s products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Represent the brand professionally, adhering to company guidelines and dress codes.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMU/SMA) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (retail, FMCG, or fintech preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to engage with diverse customer groups.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Familiarity with digital payment solutions or fintech products is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas in Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar).
