Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable fashion jewellery products.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and new product arrivals to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Passion for fashion and jewellery, with a keen eye for style and trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
