Responsibility
- Greet and welcome customers with a professional and friendly demeanor to create a positive first impression.
- Provide personalized assistance to customers, understanding their needs and preferences through active listening.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products that meet their expectations and budget.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to drive informed purchasing decisions.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, card payments, and receipt issuance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
