Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Ensure the retail space is visually appealing, well-stocked, and organized according to company standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient shopping experience.
- Track inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new products, policies, and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Indonesian language skills are a plus.

- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
