Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems and cash registers.
- Greet customers warmly, provide product information, and assist with inquiries.
- Balance cash drawers at the start and end of each shift, ensuring financial accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and restocking retail items.
- Generate daily sales reports and reconcile discrepancies with the finance team.
- Promote company products and services to enhance customer engagement and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Cashier, Retail Assistant, or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail for accurate financial transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in using POS systems, cash registers, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
