Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations across multiple retail locations in Bali.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate store teams to ensure high performance.
- Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with the regional manager to align on business objectives.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail supervision or management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory management.
- Passion for the beauty and fragrance industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
