Responsibility
- Engage with international travelers to introduce and sell Aromabika’s Premium Luwak Products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every client.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and customer engagement.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities to boost brand visibility.
- Keep accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in the luxury or hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive sales and close deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for premium products and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
- Knowledge of the Bali tourism market and experience working with international clients is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is an advantage.
