Responsibility
- Drive sales of motorized snack products to retailers, convenience stores, and local markets across assigned territories in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maximizing commission and bonus opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotions to highlight the unique features and benefits of our snack products.
- Monitor inventory levels at client locations and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely restocking.
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data using company-provided tools.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or field marketing, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Valid driver’s license and familiarity with motorized sales routes in Bali.
- Basic proficiency in using mobile apps or CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by sales demands.
