Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the cardiovascular segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to healthcare professionals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize product launches, workshops, and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Participate in industry conferences and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in cardiovascular products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
