As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the accuracy of our maker database. Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Manage and update the maker database to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility for the sales team.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
