Responsibility
- Conduct marketing and sales activities to promote Fifgroup's financial products, focusing on motorcycle collateral loans.
- Identify and engage potential customers through outreach, referrals, and community networking.
- Provide clear and accurate information about loan products, terms, and benefits to clients.
- Assess customer eligibility and guide them through the application and approval process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting financial services.
Qualifications
