Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients (retailers, distributors, corporate buyers) in Bali to drive sales of mobile accessories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic account management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales strategies tailored to the Bali market.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, including order tracking, issue resolution, and feedback collection.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote Oase Technology Asia’s products.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tech, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Basic understanding of mobile accessories, tech products, or related industries is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings and market visits.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
